2 | lb | Meat loaf mix (Ground Beef, |
Pork, & Veal) | ||
1 | pk | Onion soup mix |
1 1/2 | c | Italian bread crumbs |
2 | Eggs | |
3/4 | c | Water |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
Ketchup (optional) |
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3. Shape into loaf; place in pan; spread ketchup over top.
4. Bake 1 hour, *or until done* at 350øF.
