1 1/2cMustard, prepared
2oz'Hot' Horseradish
1tbMustard, Dijon
1tbTabasco
1tbWine, Sherry, Bourbon, etc.
1/2tbCayenne
1/3cSugar, brown

Mix thoroughly, allow to stand at least 4 hours. Excellent on hot beer type sausages. Fairly hot, but not a killer!
