1	cn	Chopped Ortega green chilis
4		To 6 chopped green onions
2		Chopped medium tomatoes
3	tb	Olive oil
1	tb	Brown vinegar

Mix together and serve with tortilla chips. It is usually better if made just an hour or so before serving.
