1 | lb | Ground beef/chuck/hamburger |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | 8 oz cans tomato sauce | |
1 | Beef bouillon cube | |
1 | c | Hot water |
1 | ts | Soy sauce |
1 | ts | Salt |

In hot fat in skillet, cook rice with onion and beef till golden brown. Add salt and rest of ingredients; simmer, covered until rice is tender. Makes 4 servings.
