2 Tomato; diced
1 Pepper, bell, green; seeded/diced
3 Jalapeno; deveined
1/4cOnion, red; chopped
2tbCoriander, fresh; chopped
1tbLime juice
1pnSugar (opt)
  Salt
  Pepper, black
