Title: Salsa with Fresh Cilantro

1/4 | c | Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves |
2 | md | Tomatoes, Chopped |
1 | sm | Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper Peeled, Seeded and Minced |
1/4 | c | Chopped Onion |
1 | Minced Garlic Clove | |
1/2 | ts | Red Wine Vinegar |
Mix all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican foods. Great in guacamole. Makes approximately 1 cup. Typed by Syd Bigger.
