3/4cTomato, Seeded And Chopped
3/4cGreen Bell Pepper, Diced
3/4cYellow Bell Pepper, Diced
1/4cPine Nuts, Toasted
2 Cloves Garlic, Fine Chopped
1tbFresh Sage Leaves, Snipped
1tbLemon Juice
1/4tsSalt

NOTE: Tomato and Pepper measures are approximate. You should use one. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 4 cups of relish.
