Title: Zucchini Casserole

Yield: 8 Servings
4 | c | Zucchini; sliced |
1 | c | Bisquick |
4 | Eggs; beaten | |
1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
1/2 | c | Cheese; grated |
1/2 | ts | Veg. oil |
2 | ts | Parsley |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
8 | oz | Mozzerella cheese |
Mix all except Mozzerella cheese well. Place in well-greased 13x9. Top with either shredded Mozzerella or Mozzerella slices. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
