1 1/2 | c | Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi |
2 | | Cloves crushed garlic |
4 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | | Green onion-cut into 1" pcs |
3 | c | Chinese peapods-ends removed |
1/2 | c | Sliced-fresh mushrooms |
1/2 | c | Sliced bamboo shoots |
1/4 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Fish sauce or to taste |
1/8 | ts | MSG-OPTIONAL |
1/4 | c | Water |
*** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic
until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and
stir together 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3-4 minutes
longer. Serve hot over warm cooked rice.
