2	tb	Oregano
1/8	c	Salt
5		Cloves garlic, (see note)
1/4	c	Fresh ground black pepper
1/3	c	Cayenne pepper
2	tb	Thyme
1/3	c	Paprika

Combine all the ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Pour into a large glass jar.
