4 | cn | (8 oz) of tomato sauce |
1/2 | Clove garlic | |
1 | tb | Worcestershire |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1 | c | Water |
4 | c | Seaweed, chopped (alaria or laminaria) |
########################## #### SEAWEED ITALIANO #### ########################## ....a sauce for spaghetti or ground meat.
