Title: Raisin Cranberry Relish

1 | lg | Tart Cooking Apple, Coarsely Chopped |
8 | oz | Whole Cranberry Sauce |
1/2 | c | Seedless Golden Raisins |
2 | tb | Chopped Dried Apricots |
1 | md | Lemon, Grated Peel and Juice |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Ground Cinnamon |
Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often. Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
