10 1/2 | oz | Can cream of mushroom soup |
1 | c | Milk |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
2 | c | Cooked, diced chicken |
1 | c | Cooked, diced ham |
10 | oz | Package frozen peas |
2 | Leeks, cooked and cut into 1/2" pieces | |
4 | Tomatoes, peeled and quartered | |
1/4 | c | Madeira wine |
In a large saucepan, combine soup, milk, salt, and pepper; blend well. Heat. Stir in chicken, ham, peas, leeks and tomatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated about 10 minutes. Stir in wine.
