Title: Triple Meat Loaf

1lbGround beef; lean
1lbGround pork
1lbGround veal
3slBread; torn in small pieces
1tsSage, ground
1pkSoup mix, onion
1pkSoup mix, cream of mushroom
1smGreen pepper; chopped
1lgCelery stalk; thinly sliced
1tbSteak sauce
1tbMayonnaise
1tbSour cream
8ozTomato sauce
1/4tsGarlic powder
1tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
1 Egg; beaten

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture in a 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into a 12x6" loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
