Title: Hearty Pasta and Red Bean Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

2cRaw, med-size shaped pasta
2cCooked/canned red beans OR
2cKidney beans
1cDiced zucchini (@ 1 med)
1 Sm green pepper, fine chop
1 Med ripe tomato, chopped
1/3cChopped green olives
1/4cGrated Parmesan cheese
1cPlain yogurt
1/2tsChili powder r more to taste
1/2tsGround coriander
1/2tsPaprika
1/4tsDried sage

Cook the pasta al dente and rinse with cool water. Drain the pasta well and put it in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
