1/2 | c | Margarine |

Peppermint extract | ||
1 1/2 | c | Powdered sugar |
2 | ts | Vanilla |
Melt and cool chocolate. Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mixture. Pack into 8 inch square pan. Cool and set and cut in squares. Courtesy of Shareware RECIPE CLIPPER 1.1
