Title: Spinach Parmesan

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | lb | Spinach, washed and chopped |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1/8 | ts | Nutmeg |
1/4 | c | Butter |
3 | tb | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Place spinach in pan with butter and cook 8 minutes, or until tender. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve.
