2 | tb | Capers,chopped,finely |
2 | | Garlic Cloves, smashed |
8 | tb | Bread Crumbs |
| | Salt |
| | Pepper |
1 | | Egg |
22 | oz | Fishfilet |
| | Oil for frying |
1. Sprinkle fish with the lemonjuice. 2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers,garlic
and lemon peel, add salt and pepper. 3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it,
then in the bread crumb mix until
coated very good. 4. Heat oil and fry the fish crispy brown on both
