1 | Hard-cooked egg; chopped | |
1/2 | c | Catsup |
1/2 | c | Tomato puree |
2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/4 | c | Dill pickle relish |
1 | tb | Chopped green olives |
2 | ts | Minced chives |
2 | tb | Minced pimiento |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | MSG (optional) |
3/4 | c | Buttermilk (or more) |
Combine egg, catsup, tomato puree, mayonnaise, relish, olives, chives, pimiento, salt, pepper, mustard and MSG and beat. Gradually beat in buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups
