2 | tb | Margarine |
1 | sm | Onion, minced |
2 | tb | Flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Paprika |
1/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
| | Black pepper to taste |
3/4 | c | Milk |
1 | | Egg, slightly beaten |
16 | oz | Kernel corn, drained |
Directions: In 1 qt casserole, microwave marg and onion on high, covered
for 1-2 minutes or til onion is transparent. Stir in flour, salt, paprika,
mustard & pepper. Blend well until smooth. Beat milk and egg together and
stir into flour mix. Blend til smooth. Stir in corn. Microwave at 70%,
covered for 10-12 minutes until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes. Frances
