2 2/3cPlain yogurt
2tbFinely chopped fresh mint
1/4tsCayenne pepper
1/4tsBlack pepper
1 Cucumber peeled and grated
1/2tsRoasted cumin seeds
1tsSalt

Put the yogurt in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
