Title: Southern Peach Yam Bake

1/2 | c | Packed brown sugar |
3 | tb | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
2 | tb | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Chopped pecans |
2 | cn | Yam, drained (17 oz) |
1 | 16 oz can peach slices,drain | |
1 1/2 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add nuts. Arrange yams and peaches in 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
