Title: Cheese and Rice Casserole Ada

2 1/2 | c | Brown rice cooked |
3 | Green onions, chopped | |
1 | c | Lowfat cottage cheese |
1 | ts | Dried dill |
1/4 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 | c | Lowfat milk |
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
