Title: Tuna Salad

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | cn | Tuna, drained (6 oz) |
1/8 | ts | Salt (to taste) |
1/8 | ts | Black Pepper (to taste) |
1/4 | ts | Garlic |
1 | tb | Parsley |
1/4 | c | Chopped celery |
1/4 | c | Or so, Onion, finely diced |
1/2 | ts | Lemon Juice |
1/3 | c | To 1/2 c mayo. (to taste) |
Paprika |
Drain the tuna and break it up into small sized chunks. Add all dry ingredients; salt, pepper, garlic and, parsley. Then add the celery, lemon juice and, onions. Fold in the mayonnaise until it is blended.
Serve a scoop on top of green salid, or between two pieces of bread or toast. Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavor and color. Fresh Lettuce is also a wonderful addition to any sandwich.
