Title: Rum Sauce

1cHeavy cream
3 Egg yolks
2tbSugar
 pnSalt
1/3cRum
  Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

Combine all ingredients in top part of double boiler and stir over hot water until mixture thickens slightly. Makes 10-12 servings. Serve over plum pudding. Typed by Dale/Gail
