2 | tb | Dark sesame oil |
2 | tb | Rice vinegar |
1 | tb | Minced garlic |
1 | tb | Minced ginger |
1 | Scallion, sliced thin (about 2 tb) | |
Ground black pepper to taste |
Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill for about 8 minutes.
