Title: Paris (Texas, of Course) Onion Soup

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | qt | Onions, sliced |
1 1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | qt | Milk |
1 | pt | Half and half |
2 | cn | Stock, chicken |
Simmer onions in butter 45 minutes. Season to taste. Add milk, cream and chicken broth.
Place toast in bottom of soup bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour soup over toast.
