1 | lb | Redbeets, boiled |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | oz | Horseradish, fresh |
1/2 | c | Water |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | ds | Pepper |
1 | ts | Sugar |
Grate beets and horseradish. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over grated beets and horseradish. Mix thoroughly. Store in jar in refrigerator.
