Title: Beets in Sour Cream

16 | oz | Can beets, drained and diced |
1 | tb | Cider vinegar |
1/4 | ts | Each garlic salt and pepper |
1/4 | c | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix. Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
