Title: Beets in Sour Cream

16ozCan beets, drained and diced
1tbCider vinegar
1/4tsEach garlic salt and pepper
1/4cSour cream
1tsSugar

Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix. Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
