Title: Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes

4 | cl | Garlic |
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
1 1/2 | ts | Dried rosemary leaves |
Freshly ground black pepper |
Peel potatoes & cut into 1" cubes. Crush, peel & finely chop garlic. Heat the oil in a roasting pan. Add the potatoes, garlic & rosemary. Bake at 190C (375F) for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked, turning potatoes frequently during cooking. Arrange on serving plate & grind over black pepper.
