2 | Onions cut in eighths | |
4 | Stalks celery cut diagonally | |
5 | Carrots cut diagonally | |
12 | oz | Tomato juice |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/4 | ts | Basil |
4 | Potatoes sliced 1" thick | |
1/3 | c | Quick cooking tapioca |
Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Add potatoes and bake for another hour.
