1 | Box of yellow rice | |
1 | lg | Onion |
1 | Stick of butter | |
1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 | cn | Ro-Tel tomatoes |
Cook rice as directed on the package. Saute the large onion and shrimp in butter until the shrimp turn pink. Add the cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cooked rice to shrimp and onion. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
