Title: Salsa Alla Marinara (Mariner's Sauce)

3 | tb | Garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 | c | Minced parsley |
1/2 | c | Olive oil |
2 | c | Chopped, peeled tomatoes |
1 | ts | Crumbled, dried oregano |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Saute garlic and parsley in oil. When garlic is delicately brown, add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until well-blended and thick. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
