1/2 | ts | Cinnamon;optional |
1 1/2 | c | Strawberries |
| | Bluesberries |
| | Raspberries; chopped |
| | Peaches;or combination |
Cook rice according to pkg directions; drain Cut bag open and empty
into medium bowl; cool to room temp. Stir in yogurt, honey and cinnamon;
cover and chill. Just before serving, layer with or stir in fruit. Makes 4
servings, about 3 1/2 cups pudding.
