1 | c | Crisco |
2 | c | Sugar |
3 | c | Flour (sifted) |
2 | ts | Lemon extract |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | c | Milk |
8 | Egg whites (unbeaten) |
Cream Crisco and sugar. Sift flour and baking powder. Add flour and milk alternately. Add egg whites one at a time and beat 2 minutes after each addition. Add flavoring. Bake in layers or a tube pan. Bake at 350 F.
