Title: Jell-O Mold with Broccoli

1 | oz | Lemon jello |
2 | ts | Vinegar |
1 | c | Finely chopped broccoli OR |
1 | pk | (10 oz) frozen chopped |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaize |
Contributed to the echo by: Pat Buttons Jell-o Mold Put the broccoli and
water to a full boil. Remove from heat and add the jello and mix
thoroughly. Let it cool a bit. (You could put the mixture in a bowl and
then place the bowl over a larger one filled with ice.) When cool enough
add the sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaize. Chill until firm and unmold if
desired.
