Title: Baked Orange Pork Chops

2 | lb | Lean pork chops, thick |
Salt and pepper | ||
2 | Oranges, sliced thin | |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
2 | tb | Flour |
Arrange pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices. Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices. Cover. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Randy Rigg
