2		Eggs
1	c	Corn syrup
1	c	Sugar, granulated
1/4	c	Butter; melted or margarine
1	c	Rolled oats, quick cooking
1		Pie shell; 9", unbaked

Beat eggs in small mixing bowl. Beat in next 4 ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake on bottom shelf in 350F oven about 60 minutes until set.
