Title: Bethanie's Basic Griddlecakes

Yield: 1 Servings
2 | c | Self-rising flour |
2 | ts | Egg replacers |
4 | tb | Water |
2 | c | Vegelicious |
Place flour in large bowl. Combine wet ingredients, pour all at once into flour, whisking together quickly just to moisten. adjust liquid to get desired batter consistency. Pour ladleful onto hot, lightly sprayed skillet/griddle. Bake until edges begin to dry, turn, bake until second side is brown as desired.
Varitions: May substitute a portion of whole wheat flour for some of the self-rising. This recipe also works in the waffle iron. A dash of nutmeg in the batter might be good also.
