Title: Tofu "Cheese" Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 | lb | Tofu, firm; crumbled |
1/3 | c | Lemon juice; freshly squeeze |
1/3 | c | Nutritional yeast flakes |
1/3 | c | Tahini; raw |
3 | tb | Tamari |
3 | tb | ; water |
1 | ts | Basil; dried |
1/8 | ts | Turmeric |
1 | Garlic clove; peeled | |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve this sauce warm or at room temperature.
