Title: Cream De Menth Brownies

| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 4 | | Eggs |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 2 | c | Conf. sugar |
| 2 | tb | Cream dementhe |
| 1 | pk | Semi-sweet choc.(6 oz.)chips |
Cream 1/2 c butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
Mix salt with flour. Blend flour and syrup into cream mixture,
alternating-ending with flour. Add vanilla. Bake 350 25-28 minutes(greased
and floured pan). Let brownines cool completely. Will shrink from pan. Mix
1/4 c butter, confect. sugar and cream dementhe ~ ice brownies. Chill one
hour. Melt 1/4 c butter and 6 oz chocolate chips in doubled broiler.
Ice brownies and chill one hour.
