1lbWonton skins
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1tsMsg
4tbOil, sesame
  Black pepper
1lbHamburger, lean
8ozBean sprouts, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
1/4cSoy sauce
3 Green onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients except wonton skins. Put 1 T. of filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg. Deep fry until golden brown.
