1 | Green pepper, chopped | |
1 | Onion, chopped | |

4 | tb | Oil, sesame |
Black pepper | ||
1 | lb | Hamburger, lean |
8 | oz | Bean sprouts, chopped |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
3 | Green onion, chopped |
Mix all ingredients except wonton skins. Put 1 T. of filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg. Deep fry until golden brown.
