1 | ts | Thyme |
3 | Tomatoes, large (or 1 can) | |
1 | Onion, large, minced | |
1 | ts | Parsley |
1 | tb | Butter |
12 | Oysters | |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Brown onion in butter. Chop tomatoes and seasonings. Slice mushrooms thinly. Brown all with the onion. Add oyster liquor and oysters. Combine, add pepper and sauces. Simmer for 20 minutes. Also for: Use with any baked fish.
