Title: Little Reubens

Yield: 8 Sandwiches

1	c	Mayonaise
2	c	Swiss Cheese (grated)
8	oz	Deli Corned Beef (chopped)
1	cn	Sauerkraut
		Rye Bread
		Hellmann's Dijonnaise

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread into a 13x9 cassarole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread Dijonnaise on rye bread and then spread with corned beef mix.

**I use the cheap corned beef. Carl Budding brand. (2/for .87)

Alot of people I know have never tried Reubens because of the sauerkraut. When I prepare this recipe, people ask me "What is this delicious sandwich?" They are surprised to find that it contains sauerkraut. I highly recommend this recipe...

You can use the little party rye for party appetizers.
