Title: Spicy Dry Rubbed Baby Back Ribs

1/4cPaprika
2tsSalt
2tsOnion powder
2tsGarlic powder
2tsDried whole thyme
2tsDried whole oregano
1/2tsGround red pepper
1/4tsGround black pepper
4 1lb slabs baby back pork rib
  Vegetable oil/cooking spray\
  Hickory BBQ Sauce (see recp)

Combine ingredients, stirring well. Rub paprika mixture evenly on all surfaces on ribs. Place ribs in a covered container and refrigerate one to 24 hours.

This recipe is best used on a smoker or bar-b-que grill.

Cook 3hrs in a smoker, or until ribs are tender.
