Title: Spicy Dry Rubbed Baby Back Ribs

1/4 | c | Paprika |
2 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Onion powder |
2 | ts | Garlic powder |
2 | ts | Dried whole thyme |
2 | ts | Dried whole oregano |
1/2 | ts | Ground red pepper |
1/4 | ts | Ground black pepper |
4 | 1lb slabs baby back pork rib | |
Vegetable oil/cooking spray\ | ||
Hickory BBQ Sauce (see recp) |
Combine ingredients, stirring well. Rub paprika mixture evenly on all surfaces on ribs. Place ribs in a covered container and refrigerate one to 24 hours.
This recipe is best used on a smoker or bar-b-que grill.
Cook 3hrs in a smoker, or until ribs are tender.
