1/2 | c | Milk, skim |
2 | tb | Oil |
1 | ts | Extract, vanilla |
1 | c | Sugar, brown |
1/4 | c | Cocoa |
1 3/4 | c | Coffee; strong, boiling |
TOPPING |
9 | tb | Whipped-topping, reduced-fat |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and
salt in 9" square baking pan. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; whisk until
smooth. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Pour coffee over batter; do not stir. Bake 40-45 minutes, until toothpick
inserted in cake portion comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 5 minutes. Top
each serving with 1 tb whipped topping.
