2tbCocoa
1 1/2tsBaking powder
1/4tsSalt
1/2cMilk, skim
2tbOil
1tsExtract, vanilla
1cSugar, brown
1/4cCocoa
1 3/4cCoffee; strong, boiling
TOPPING
9tbWhipped-topping, reduced-fat

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in 9" square baking pan. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; whisk until smooth. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over batter; do not stir. Bake 40-45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in cake portion comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 5 minutes. Top each serving with 1 tb whipped topping.
