Title: Brie Puffs

17 1/2ozPuff pastry dough; thawed
12ozPreserves, strawberry
8ozBrie; softened
2tbSherry

Preheat oven to 350 F. On lightly floured surface, use 1-1/2" biscuit cutter to cut out rounds from each sheet of pastry. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Carefully slice tops off puffs. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves onto bottom halves of puffs. Trim rind off Brie and mix with sherry in large bowl until well blended. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon cheese mixture over preserves. Replace tops.
