Title: Coffee Orange Jello

1 | pk | 3 oz orange jello |
1 | tb | Instant decaffeinated coffee |
1 | c | Boiling water |
1/4 | c | Cold water |
1 | pk | 3 oz cream cheese |
8 | oz | Can crushed pineapple, undrained |
1/4 | c | Chopped nuts |
1/2 | c | Flaked coconut |
Dissolve jello and instant coffee in boiling water. Add cold water. Blend in cream cheese.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple,nuts and coconut.
Spoon into a one quart mold or individual molds. Chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce if desired.
